Good area, Horrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subways and great array of restaurants and bars
Cons:
Landlord is unprofessional. Calls the tenants out their names and resort to insults by calling some of the tenants assholes. Will not renovate anything for the rent stabilized residents. Horrible at answering your calls when there is an emergent concern.
Too focused on his other businesses to give his attention to the building itself. That’s why there are so many violations from the city.
