nice place with very good prices
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building was cleaned weekly has security cameras and feels very safe the maintenance guy is very nice and quick to respond if felt with directly
Cons:
The stairs feel like your walking forever if your above the second floor. Pests are sometimes an issue. Management takes sometimes a very long time to respond to emails for things

gets ya a roof
Former Tenant
Pros:
pretty good location near ABCD1 trains. local restaurants nearby
Cons:
management got worse and worse with covid. only management property i know that raised my rent $30+ a month during april 2020. didn’t do much with the fire next door and gave one shitty hot plate. the garbage was kept in house on each floor. super stopped me randomly and told me he watched me enter and leave the building on the camera in the lobby a lot. he also held loud parties at the height of covid in his unit. when it was time to move out the owner took 1+ month to return the deposit, where it wasn’t stated in the lease. he told me on a friday “not to worry about it” and i told him “it’s my money and i’m going to worry about it - don’t tell me what to do.” and he hung up on me. called monday morning singing a different tune, with the check ready to be picked up.
Advice to owner:
treat your tenants with respect and they’ll do the same. treat them like trash and you’ll receive that in return. also change those stupid trash closets into a trash chute. i was sick of the roaches.

Positive experience 10/10
Former Tenant
Pros:
-central location -super and management helpful
Cons:
-no elevator -management wasn’t as communicative as they should’ve been when gas was shut off due to fire next door. Management handled it well but could’ve done more. They’re a nice management company compared to others
