Renting from Condo Owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained, unit was only 1 year old when moved in. Super is wonderful, I've never lived somewhere with such good trash management.
Cons:
Hallways are old and many units are being gut renovated and sold. Construction is very loud and goes on for months. As soon as one unit is complete, there seems to be another that gets renovated.
Advice to owner:
Building management could do better at communicating building changes and services (elevator/water) outages.
