Small Building, Big Value
Pros
in unit washer dryer in every apartment pet friendly small building common spaces cleaned monthly responsive management built in AC units affordable for the amenities
Cons
Roof view was obstructed after a large satellite was installed by verizon. top floors had leaking issues during hard rain apartment is listed as a 2 bed but is really 1 bed, the other "room" doesn't have a window.
Advice to the owners
don't mislead renters- the apartment building contains one bedroom units.
