Small Building, Big Value

Pros:
in unit washer dryer in every apartment
pet friendly
small building
common spaces cleaned monthly
responsive management
built in AC units
affordable for the amenities
Cons:
Roof view was obstructed after a large satellite was installed by verizon.
top floors had leaking issues during hard rain
apartment is listed as a 2 bed but is really 1 bed, the other "room" doesn't have a window.
Advice to owner:
don't mislead renters- the apartment building contains one bedroom units.
