Solid building, no major issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived here for a year and half. No major issues. Management responsive - they fix issues in a reasonable timeline.
Cons:
No elevator. Though the management company is easy to get in contact with, the super is not.

Cute, quiet, clean!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Gorgeous white brick wall in the apartment - Lots of light in the living room and great space - Clean building and nice well maintained staircase - Garbage area outside - Never had any package theft issues - Good size bedrooms and good rent prices - Very quiet and clean street - Small but functional kitchen - Easy to use app for paying rent and requesting maintenance - Good water pressure and temperature - Nicely painted and well maintained apartment
Cons:
- Intercom can be temperamental to use - Management company isn’t really friendly but they do respond - Did find 1 cockroach and 1 mouse in the kitchen, pest control came but honestly I think it just resolved itself and left and was a one off issue - You can’t go near the garbage cans while it’s dark bc of the rats everywhere - The radiators make really loud noises and the heat is very low so it feels cold often in the winter - No air conditioning but you can get your own units - People never pick up dog poop on the surrounding streets

Insufficient heat in winters
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building itself is well kept.
Cons:
Apartment temps are auto regulated to the city’s minimums (60-68 degrees). So it’s basically uncomfortable all the time and nothing the city can do.
