Beautiful but pricey building in Ham Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gorgeous finishes, very responsive and helpful building management, minimal issues, great neighborhood, close to express train, pet-friendly, package room
Cons:
Expensive for the area and size of apartment, hot water in shower ran out quickly, nice to have central A/C + dishwasher + laundry in unit but electric bills were high, door handles fell off often

Former Tenant
Pros:
Really beautiful apartment, it looks very nice on first glance because it's been recently renovated.
Cons:
Constructed very cheaply, parts of the wall fall off, doors, dishwasher panel, door handles, etc. Not very kid friendly-- lots of splinters.
