Pros:
In unit washer and dryer, elevator, little to no noise, packages always safe, clean hallways, my landlord was the apartment owner - she was amazing.
Cons:
Pest control was great at first slowly became unreliable, live in super not responsive, older neighbors because they own their apartments so not for a young crowd.
