It's nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The garbage dump is behind the building which is nice - The water pressure is good - The rooms are small, but definitely liveable - Super is responsive
Cons:
- The halls can be dirty and ill lit - For some reason the windows to the halls are opened and not closable so things fly in
Advice to owner:
close the windows in the stairways

Low-maintinence, decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, nice neighbors, responsive management. If you get a renovated apartment, you’re set
Cons:
While the neighbors in the building are nice, the rest of the neighborhood is a fan of fireworks all summer.

Generally decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet street, things generally in good repair. Super is friendly and generally able to fix things. Monthly exterminator visits.
Cons:
Mice. Sometimes roaches but less recently. Garbage could be taken out more often. Sometimes repairs take a while, super gets overwhelmed maybe. Intercom is lacking. Heat could come on earlier in the season, sometimes I've had to twist their arm about it.
Advice to owner:
Get a better Intercom, it's very difficult to use. Garbage twice daily would be helpful, it piles up. Turn the thermostat up a couple degrees in the spring and fall.
