Old building with modern furnishings
Former Tenant
Pros:
Dishwasher , in unit laundry, appliances are nice and so are the counters. Spacious and near a subway stop
Cons:
Poor responsiveness from management. My ac unit was moldy, water came out of the floor when it light rained, and water flooded in when it was torrential rain.
Advice to owner:
Don't rent out basement units that flood. Just make it a common space

Meh. Too expensive for what you get.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean in my experience. Never saw pests except for lots of flies leading up to entry of building by the trash cans
Cons:
Management takes forever to respond (6+ months in my case)
Frequent water pressure and temperature issues
The building staircase happens to be a frequented hang-out spot for local drug users
