If your apartment has no problems, great place; if not, you’re SOL!!

Pros:
Great neighbors (and tenants union!!!) great neighborhood, pretty huge apartments
Cons:
Owners are HORRIBLE, horrible management, can take a long long time to get basic things fixed.
Advice to owner:
Manage your property? Stop with the cash grabs?
