Great building, bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building with some attractive apartments
Cons:
The owner/landlord is mostly non-responsive. Issues with bedbugs in the building he refused to deal with.
Advice to owner:
Get your act together and manage this place. Customer service is part of the gig.
