Pros:
The neighbhood is full of OGs that make you feel like youre living in an "un"-gentrified Harlem.
Cons:
Mice Roaches Bedbugs Lead Wall Leaks Drug Sales Elevator Malfunction Pee in the Elevators Water Pressure A and B lines have natural light due to new adjacent building Building entry system is based on a phone dial to one (1) tenant per apartment, God forbid that person is traveling out of the country
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap, get your shit together.
