Terrible cockroach Infestation

Pros:
The apartment I was in felt spacious
Cons:
There is a cockroach infestation. Before I even moved my furniture in I saw roach crawling out of the dishwasher. I am an extremely clean person, but the cockroaches lived everywhere and in the walls. You couldn't go a day without seeing multiple roaches in your personal belongings.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the roach infestation and provides structural renovations... not just aestethic ones.
