The owner sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, rent stabilized apartment
Cons:
The owner does not make any repairs. We have had peeling paint for months, the laundry in the building doesn't work, the boiler has been making extremely loud noise, etc., etc.
Advice to owner:

Worst noise environment
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros here
Cons:
Neighbor is very noisy. Loud music all the time. People are just standing outside. Heater pipes are banging 24/7. 3am, 5am? Doesnt matter. You will hear all the stepping, dropping, screaming from the floors above. I was getting crazy. I dont recommend at all.
Advice to owner:
This is a condo building. I dont think there is a whole building owner.
