Okay place, had a pest problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
They have some renovated apartments, there are porters to help clean the courtyard and manage the garbage, it is mostly quiet and the neighbors are nice and don’t bother. I’ve never gotten my mail stolen and this is an elevator building.
Cons:
There is no laundry in the building. We had a bad pest problem, roaches and mice 😮‍💨 and it took FOREVER for the exterminator to come ( he had to come twice for the mice). I’m pretty sure the super dodges our calls after we call more than once. There is this guy who plays the trumpet for hours in one of the apartments, so if you work from home that may be an issue lol.
Advice to owner:
Please make a laundry room, it would be greatly appreciated. Also get consistent pest control. The exterminator is supposed to come every month and he only comes sometimes when you put in an order and you have to constantly bug the super!
