Good Location, Bad Management at the Time
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, lovely neighbors, apt has high ceilings
Cons:
When I lived here, super & management were awful, kept temperatures so low in the winter that tenants contacted legal aid
Advice to owner:
Failing to meet...so many housing codes did you no favors :/

Pretty decent apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not a bad apartment, super lives in and is friendly and very responsive. They have an exterminator come in every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Cons:
Can get pretty loud with people blasting music nearly every day in front of the building. No way to pay rent online, can only pay through check and you have to send it in the mail which is pretty inconvenient.
Advice to owner:
Implement an online payment system or let people drop off checks at the office instead of mailing.

Would live there again
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is amazing and so helpful. Management in the building is quick to respond and made my move in very easy
Cons:
The hallways do smell like cigarette smoke even though it’s a smoke free building
