This place is OK
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice apartment, no vermin or pest issues
Cons:
Poor cleanliness and trash management. Sometimes loud neighbors. Bedrooms far too small. Inconsistent management.

Broken front doors - vagrants sleep in lobby
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was newly remodeled and nicely maintained with nice appliances, high ceilings, nice windows and floors.
Cons:
Hot water in the shower is essentially nonexistant. The front doors of the building are broken and never lock, so if you have packages sent to you, they will almost certainly be stolen. People sleep in the lobby in the winter because anyone can get in. How is that allowed?
Advice to owner:
Just take a look around and fix obvious recurring issues. No one’s going to heed that advice but might as well write it down.

One of my worst nyc living experiences
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment was newly renovated
Cons:
Management is very slow to respond short of legal action, they tried to keep my deposit even though they didn’t tell me what the charges were 2 weeks after leaving. Neighborhood is fine, but the experience with this management company was very negative, even during the pandemic.
