Nice building, loud street
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great building management - Great neighbors - Good amenities - Close to subway (1 train and ABCD trains) - Close to many pharmacies (CVS, RiteAid) - Close to utility stores (ATT, Spectrum) - Good restaurants nearby - Good grocery stores nearby
Cons:
- Street is a loud, party street - Street is dirty - Neighbors from other buildings may throw trash in the stairs leading to the bins
Advice to owner:
Better trash management, and improve the backyard so that it's actually usable. The basement is scary, stuffy, and could easily get vermin. Not good access to the back.
