Wave crest management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some slight improvements , great location
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, deteriorating infrustructure especially the floors, handymen cover and botch repairs instead of doing the real work, the floors are so thin it feels like someone is always in your home, it's common for your rent to be lost in the mail and your rent slip is NEVER updated then you are constantly harassed by management. NO heat in the winter and if you do its minimal, repairs take forever to complete. Washing machines from tenants causing water damage. The management company uses different names but if we were to pay or show up to the landlord's office it would be Wavecrest Management in Richmond Hill Queens which makes no sense
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming low income residents. Find a better way to update your computer. If a the rent is paid it should always be updated, actually answer your phone sometimes and stop getting upset when ppl ask you questions about things they dont understand especially when you calculate it wrong, give heat in the winter there are many children and old folks living here! The flooring needs to be done!
