Pros:
My unit was not street facing so that wasn’t as bad; rent stabilized; huge rooms

Mice for your cat to attack
Cons:
Trash stays out in front of building for 4-5 days before they pick it up. Attracts vermin. Even if you keep stuff extremely clean a mouse or 2 will still get in because its so bad outside and many many holes for them to sneak through.

Management is extremely unresponsive.

Ceiling of all A units (3A, 4A, 5A) are all leaking into one anothers houses because of faulty plumbing. The super will not respond to your calls until the ceiling legit breaks because it’s filled with so much water.

Whole block is infested with rats and roaches.

Mailing is an extreme issues only usps has the keys to the door so you will most likely almost never get your package on time/ or at all.
Advice to owner:
How hard is it upkeep the building?? If it’s that hard why buy it?
