Good enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cute, good neighborhood, good neighbors. Decent light. Laundry on premises.

Advice to owner:
Check your email and fix the gas

Do not rent from this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway, cute coffee shops and great takeout restaurants. Clean building. Super is a very kind man.
Cons:
Took 5 months to get security deposit back and we’re charged $500 for wall damage that didn’t exist. When asked for invoice regarding damage we were ignored. These people are abusive at best. Toilet didn’t work on an off for weeks, we were told it wasn’t an emergency and that there was nothing wrong with it.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like humans, not dollars.
