Okay on a budget
Former Tenant
Pros:
New features like exposed brick in some units, the neighborhood is great, and the Souper is the best.
Cons:
The owners don’t respond. They are rude and there are bugs.

Bugs and mice.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Porter was extremely responsive. Friendly neighbors.
Cons:
Multiple apartments had mice. Roaches in the hall & coming out of the recesses of the cabinets. Rats near the laundry room. And multiple units got bed bugs. Our neighbors claimed to have had them for five years. We got them too - and had to move out to escape.
Advice to owner:
Take the bugs & rodents seriously. Listen to tenants. Become responsive as a management company.

Don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great supers who do their best even though management company is non responsive. lobby is clean and looks like it could be a beautiful place to live but don’t let it fool you.
Cons:
Management company never responded to anything including repairs, heat and noise complaints to the point we left. Rachet loud tenants, throwing their garbage out the windows. Management is charging market rate rents in what should be rent stabilized apartments.
Advice to owner:
Your lost good tenants in 552 and 550 because you don’t do your job
