Great location, good value

Pros:
Multiple train lines within a few minute walk, good food in the area, close to multiple grocery stores
Cons:
People threw trash at bottom of the stairwell, no where to leave packages

Management Company dont manage at all

Close to public transportation.
Cons:
Neigbor are loud when is hot outside you would see everyone in the front of the building
Advice to owner:
Get a better management company. Shamco s*ck I think they never are working always is a problem to communicate with them.
