Decent for the heights

Pros:
Renovated apartment, dishwasher, laundry in unit, responsive super!
Cons:
We never have hot water, we are on the top floor but it never gets nice and hot
Advice to owner:
Learn to like taking cold showers

bad plumbing, super does not fix the issues very well
