It's fairly decent.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Most of the other tenants are respectful and keep to themselves. It's fairly clean and pest control comes by start of every month for those who need it. Apartment walls, floors, and appliances are in above average condition. Some have in-unit laundry. Quieter than average in building and area.
Cons:
Super can be tricky to get a hold of. Heat can be middling. Bed bugs within the last 3-5 years. Management won't negotiate rent prices. Natural light is poor in winter.

Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious bedrooms, washer/dryer in unit, no one ever stole any packages from the lobby, fairly clean
Cons:
The management company SUCKS. Our apartment ceiling flooded multiple times, once into our kitchen all over our food. It was so hard to get a response and they never fixed it. We were left with giant holes all over the ceiling and disgusting mystery water everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Answer your emails and actually fix the VERY LEGIT problems your tenants tell you about.
