Solid apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quick responses when it came to lease renewal and other similar requests, nice neighbors. Decent amount of communication about updates and info on the building.
Cons:
Difficult to get repairs done, super changed frequently and didn't often have the means to do all of the jobs they should be able to do. Buzzer confusing for many delivery people and often malfunctioning.
Advice to owner:
Invest in a good super and the supplies they need to get things done. Simplify buzzer system.
The neighbors are pretty nice and friendly, low crime and spacious.
Cons:
It’s difficult to get maintenance to actually fix anything or turn on the heat. The walls have clear water damage and it smells of mold.
Advice to owner:
Fixing things before it becomes a crisis.

Could be a good place if management tried
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fair rent, good amenities (in unit W/D, dishwasher), fixed priced utilities, spacious apartment
Cons:
Management/Landlord doesn't care, only performs quick fixes to serious, regular problems like constant water damage (is routinely painted over to pretend it never happened). The recent flash flood got into the apartment and they are refusing to take responsibility for faulty drains that caused the apartment to floodm
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenant problems in reasonable time, hire more supers so they're not running around between so many properties, resorting to shoddy fixes just to go faster.

Great Experience Living Here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Living here for a year was a really wonderful experience. Building management was kind and helpful, neighbors were very friendly and kept to themselves mostly. The building was clean and we had very few issues. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and have great amenities (dishwasher/nice bathroom/exposed brick)
Cons:
There was a leak in our bathroom and our refrigerator had some issues, but these were extremely minor and were taken care of quickly.
