Beautiful building, bad landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building on a beautiful block. Mostly well maintained and if it wasn’t for the terrible neighbors quiet.
Cons:
An owner who doesn’t care about their building or their tenants - just wants to make money. Because of equally checked out neighbors, we basically had to be the super for the building - without getting paid for it. I think the building has been sold (which we were kicked out for) so here’s hoping the new owners actually care about the incredible property that they have.
