You get what you pay for, but it should be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
- When the heat comes on, it get’s hot so you probably won’t get cold ever - Management was pretty chill about security deposits, said you’d really have to do something drastic to not get it back - Super lives downstairs, super sweet guy and readily available which is so nice instead of waiting forever for someone to come - Now a parcel locker downstairs to somewhat help with stolen packages
Cons:
- Roaches (big ones) They spray monthly if you sign up, but it makes them all start to come out and then you see how many are actually still living in the walls of the building - Said super plays loud music and some kids play in the backyard. If you have a window facing the backyard you will hear them even from a few floors up - No laundry in building - Mailbox locks are pretty old and get stuck
Advice to owner:
Renovate all the old units and do a solid deep clean. It doesn’t have to be the nicest place but people will surprisingly pay more to live in halfway decent, pest free space.
