Great for low maintenance tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location! Close to trains, night life and Riverside Park. Updated units and great water pressure.
Cons:
Management will generally choose to do nothing rather than take care of prevalent issues. Lived here for several years and during my time there has been a pretty bad squatter on second floor who keeps coming back and breaking into the unit. Meanwhile the second entryway door lock has been broken for the same amount of time. This simple fix could save them thousands but they refuse to do anything. Super is also extremely unresponsive and it takes a lot of work to get anything done if at all. He also will sit outside every Sunday and blast music.

Ultimately living here became dangerous to my health
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, Easy Travel, Neighborhood
Cons:
My issue was not solved and it forced me out of the apartment.
