Nice-*If The elevator is working
Former Tenant
Pros:
The updated kitchen in my unit is my favorite part. Deep tub with nice tile design on the shower wall. Plenty of space and natural light.
Cons:
No buzzer in apt. Management is not very responsive, depending on who you get. Lived on the 6th floor with no working elevator for a year. Front door to building is usually unlocked and packages get stolen.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the buildings common areas because the apartment is nice and tenants who pay their rent in full on time are paying for those amenities such as a safe entryway and an elevator.

Convenient and meets all the needs.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the location.
Cons:
The rent increased by about 30%, but yet sometimes the elevator goes out of service and maintenance requests are not always the most timely.
Advice to owner:
A 30% rent increase is not always feasible for all tenants.

Management went downhill while I lived there
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived in the apartment for three years, honestly was fine for most of it. Noise levels were good.
Cons:
Pests began to come and would be leave. Management was very slow to respond. Had a radiator leak they took months to fix it. Elevator was out months at a time. Ended up moving after that.

You have to climb the stairs to get a nice place.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is renovated. Large kitchen island, spacious, deep bath tub, quiet residents. Good restaurants near by.
Cons:
Living on 6th floor with no working elevator for a year. Management takes a while to respond. No buzzer for the front door.
Advice to owner:
Help us to be good tenants by giving us the amenities we are paying for and communication in a timely manner.

Management sucks, but apts are nice enough
Former Tenant
Pros:
- the apartments are nice and the one I lived in was renovated - One of the maintenance guys, Nana, is THE BEST. Super responsive and will help you with anything you need in the apartment
Cons:
- the elevator was, and probably still is, broken for 2+ years and management didn’t care. I lived on a 6th floor walk up. So many people with disabilities were forced to move. It’s the worst. - there is RAMPANT package theft and management does nothing except post flyers in the building. The theft would have stopped if they’d fix the elevators so that delivery ppl could come upstairs, but they didn’t do that.
