Building is fine but management are assholes

Pros:
Neighbors and neighborhood are nice.
Cons:
Major roach issue that management barely helps with. Building manager is a jerk, especially to women. Can’t stand being asked to repair things and calls such requests passive aggressive.

Do your job or find a different one

The building is well maintained, clean, and energy efficient. Management is very responsive and easy to work with.
Cons:
Better security for delivered packages. And better mailboxes. Many packages get stolen.

Apartment was large, super on premise, utilities included
Cons:
Getting things properly fixed was a pain
Advice to owner:
Don't take shortcuts, it created more problems in the long run
