Pros:
Clean, beautifully renovated building. Responsive management, helpful super, well maintained all around.
Cons:
Recycling tends to build up to a ridiculous degree in the basement before it gets collected and taken out. Garbage out front is fine. The front door often doesn’t latch completely when closed and will swing wide open.
Advice to owner:
Create a website to show all of your available properties!
