Issue with stolen bike
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is convenient
Cons:
There are a bunch of cucaraschs, at least until the second floor
Advice to owner:
Stolen bike. Manager and supervisor knew who steel my bike and never give me the video tape.

One Bedroom Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The maintenance staff is quiet but work well. - Appliances are relatively new. - No major pest issues and pest control comes monthly. - Foyer is clean and well lit. - Gym and lounge area in adjoining building.
Cons:
- They tried to raise my rent by almost 20%. - The basement is a bit dirty and has small flooding issues sometimes.

Save Yourselves!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- I honestly can’t think of a single pro except the view from the living room is of Riverside Drive and the Hudson.
Cons:
- Elevator is constantly down. Like almost weekly. - Super is unresponsive and slightly rude. - Prospect Management (manages the building) doesn’t answer emails in a timely fashion if at all. - Drug dealers chilling in front of the building. - Rarely receive notices about elevator maintenance or other things happening in the building. - Packages are stolen frequently, and management does nothing about this. - Work requests can go weeks unanswered. - Rose the rent during the pandemic. - Front door to the building has been broken at least 4 times in the 1.5 years I’ve lived here. Which means anyone can enter the building or you can’t get in at all.
Advice to owner:
Just do better in general. How would you feel if the above issues happened to you, and no one would do anything about it?
