A solid first NYC apartment, but not forever home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance team is phenomenal, and the building is well maintained. Good amenities, including gym in separate building and laundry in the basement.
Cons:
Some issues with package theft and smoke odor. Expect significant rent increases

Real gem in Hamilton Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is super responsive and keeps everything running smoothly. 1 train is half a block away.
Cons:
Great building in a grimy neighborhood. Loud music late at night from the street. Some people in the neighborhood throw their trash wherever and don't clean up after their dogs.
Advice to owner:
Treat your staff well because they do an amazing job keeping an older building livable.

Great area and building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff keeps the building pretty neat, you see them around always busy making sure everything is tidy. Its proximity to the 1 train and Riverbank Park are priceless. Is a pretty quiet street.
Cons:
Rent has gone up a lot in recent years.
Advice to owner:
To have some sort of incentive for tenants that are loyal and diligent.
