Nice to be close to the subway!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and the people who work on his team are pretty responsive, problems are generally resolved within a week
Cons:
The elevator breaks quite a bit. Boiler / hot water has definitely gone down without warning sometimes during the winter. Rent is over-priced for the area. It's annoying to not be able to access the laundry room / basement / trash area via stair. Packages will go missing from the lobby.
Advice to owner:
It's ridiculous that the elevator goes down so often, given the number of elderly long-time residents in the building
