Pros:
Fine apartment. The super was great. located near train.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors. Rats. Elevator was broken for way to long.

Be more present

Mehhh... it’s not the best but it could be worse

Pros:
Close to the train, decent sized apartments, and close to riverbank park which is helpful during COVID
Cons:
The building is dirty, the block can be loud late into the night/morning, the elevator breaks frequently, some renovations seem to be cheaply done
Advice to owner:
Clean the building on a regular basis, paint the walls in the hallway
