Management takes long to respond. Especially the new ones
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Dingy walls and floors in lobby. Elevator always gets stuck. Laundry room is small not enough machines, needs maintenance. Unresponsive owner.
Advice to owner:
Update the paint and floor tiles. Update the elevator. Maybe making the extra huge rooms in the basement into the laundryroom would help.
