Mostly good some bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is very nice and want to help.
Cons:
Can be really noisy and when the front door doesnt lock there are random people in the lobby and a lot of package theft. The laundry room often has a lot of dirty and broken machines

Nice, decent apartment in Hamilton Heights
Former Tenant
Pros:
I got a COVID deal, but at the time it felt like a good value for the rent.
Cons:
Super is incredibly unresponsive. I had an issue with mold in my bathroom for MONTHS and had been asking for help. He didn't respond until I said, "My boyfriend is worried about the mold."
Advice to owner:
Get a new super and a digital maintenance request system

Pretty good, minor issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
One of the better buildings I’ve lived in. Super keeps everything clean, is super responsive. Building is relatively quiet and very dog-friendly. Neighbors are kind.
Cons:
Elevator goes out at least once a month. Not normally out for longer than a day.

Laundry machines could be better. Never seems to get clothes clean.
