Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had elevator, dishwasher and washer dryer in unit
Cons:
Packages CONSTANTLY stolen, maintenance requests took really long to fulfill. Lease says they spray for bugs once a month, in the two years I lived there we saw the bug guys twice.
Advice to owner:
Better response for tenant requests.

Nice but mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice place generally, well managed, and great location
Cons:
At least a few mice live here, too, and the buses on Broadway are surprisingly loud if your bedroom faces that direction—you know that beeping they do when they stop? It’s louder than you think and continues all night, and it will keep you awake even from 4 or 5 flights up.
Advice to owner:
Improve the windows facing broadway for soundproofing; check into a likely infestation of mice in one or more apartment’s
