Do Not Live Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
None. Apartments seem nice on streeteasy but they’re cheaply constructed.
Cons:
The building is horribly maintained and management is insufficient and unresponsive. The heat barely works in river-facing units, the building is infested with roaches, and the front door is always open making it extremely unsafe. People get stuck in elevators and our mail is always stolen.
Advice to owner:
Take your tenants’ complaints seriously

Overpriced, Lack of Day to Day Attention.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet Building, Good Neighborhood
Cons:
Cold During Winter, Lacks Basic Services
Advice to owner:
Full time cleaning, Hose down sidewalk, fix front main door, sweep and mop floors regularly. Paint. Respond to emails and contacts quicker. Create a rent that reflects the surrounding buildings. Overpriced rent is causing you such high turn over. Improve Heat, building is by the Hudson. Heat needs to be MORE frequent. Not once every 40 mins.
