Great building & people

Pros:
Clean basement laundry facilities
Clean, bright lobby
Units are spacious, rooms especially
Renovated elevator
Cons:
Not renovated/unevenly renovated
Wood floors need repair
No central A/C

Super flirts with / harasses young female tenants
Management is responsive but the minute you have a problem, they’re no longer kind
