Infested with roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer and dryer in unit
Cons:
Infested with roaches, probably mice too (saw a dead one in the hallway once). Old building with a lot of cracks and holes, easy ways for pests to get in. Windows leak when it rains. Landlord never wants to pay to fix anything properly and instead will send the super to just place caulking.
Advice to owner:
Repair the building the right way and listen to your tenants

OK Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super takes care of the place. Nice and quiet neighbors. Average building in the neighborhood.
Cons:
Packages get stolen from the lobby. Inside of the building is ugly. No A/C in unit.
Advice to owner:
Show more care to the building.

The management is very unprofessional
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a building
Cons:
There is no maintenance in the building, the elevator is usually out of service. The superintendent does not return text messages. The management of the building is negligent.the building’s power rating posted to the front is a D. The sink water smells. The roof has had multiple leaks
