Wonderful historic building

Pros:
A rental building that is treated like a coop. Neighbors have been here for generations and truly treats it like their home
Cons:
Building management is not only slow to respond, but actually seems like they’re missing some marbles. Are collecting empty apartments rather than putting them in the market in order to remove the rent stabilized status
