Zero communication
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors were nice
Cons:
Water would go out Heat would go out Elevator never worked Packages stolen Impossible to get in contact with management Smoking in the stairwell
Advice to owner:
COMMUNICATE WITH THE TENANTS. Half the time I would only find out the water was turned off after calling.

If you enjoy living in filth....this is the building for you.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is great.
Cons:
I don't even know where to begin! Packages get stolen all the time. The building is not clean. Don't even get me started on the basement; it's disgusting!! The elevator is ALWAYS broken. Hot water gets turned off at least 2 times a month with no notice. Management does not respond to repair requests (over seven months!). Overall, I love my apartment, but I can't wait for the lease to end.
