Good building to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nicely renovated apartment, good appliances, good closet space. Quiet neighbors except for one usually. Super is friendly and pretty responsive. Never seen a cockroach in my apartment. Laundry in basement.
Cons:
I wish the heat was better in the winter. I have to use my space heater a lot.
