Dirty building and roaches

Pros

Decently sized unit. Laundry in building

Cons

The apartment building was always dirty and smelled from the garbage room and neighbors leaking their trash bags down the stairwell to the garbage room. There was also a severe roach infestation where no amount of pest control could fix the issue. If there is a hoarder near your unit you are screwed. We had the exterminator come more than a month and there was still an issue with roaches even though we kept the into clean and neat.

Advice to the owners

Figure out ca better way to deal with the garbage room, it’s disgusting and attracts roaches.
