Would have stuck around if something cheaper didnt spring up
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing was so egregious that I had to leave or call 311, and the fixtures in my apartment are nice
Cons:
Very loud outside the building and in the hall. Tough to figure out who the landlord is and to get a hold of them.
Advice to owner:
Figure out your mail system!

A super? What even is that?
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the C train
Cons:
Quite literally everything else. It’s impossible to get the super’s attention or get ahold of him. Our dishwasher never worked since moving in two years ago. He told us the day we moved in to fix it with tape.
