New management is terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a beautiful building, historic, and a great sense of community all prior to new management
Cons:
Golson management no longer owns the building and the new tenants that have been approved to live here are rude don’t follow rules yell scream fight in front of the building there is no smoking 200 feet from the building and there are signs everywhere, but no one cares it’s terrible I miss Golson Realty these MD squared people (new management) they are terrible
