Nice Apartment, Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice flooring and appliances, great size bedrooms, wonderful super.
Cons:
The management company is not responsive at all. When we were trying to renew our lease, they never gave us one. We lived month to month for 9 months because they never got us a lease. They also kept our security deposit two weeks past the legal limit. Also the apartment was infested with cockroaches for the last four months we lived there. Our ceiling was also very leaky, and there was a hole in our ceiling with extensive water damage for over a year.
