535 w 155th
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is very responsive, accessible to nearby trains, incredible sunlight
Cons:
Infested with roaches, always smells like weed or cigarettes, water leakage through walls (the fix is to paint over it instead of fixing the plumbing)
